Thank You for purchasing a puppy from Little Paw's Kennel.

     All of our puppies have received all of the shots necessary for their protection to date. However you must take the shot record to your veterinarian to find out what additional shots they will need. When you see the vet he should give them a complete examination. If he tells you that the puppy has worms, parasites or ear mites he will prescribe a simple treatment. Normally this consists of a few pills given over a one to seven day period. These are minor problems and are only serious if they go untreated. We will replace the puppy, providing a licensed vet certifies in writing of a life threatening medical problem in the first 6 months of the date of purchase. The only limitation of this guarantee is that the pup not be hurt or killed due to an accident while in your possession. A health check is required within 2 days of receiving your puppy.

     If you decide on a course of treatment for your puppy, you are totally liable for the vet bill. We, under no circumstances pay a vet bill for you. You must expect a certain amount of initial expense when you buy a pup even if you return it. A puppy is much like a baby and you can expect some type of illness when they are young. While we always attempt to sell you a healthy puppy, you need a vet to give you a professional opinion concerning its health and condition.

   We can not and do not represent any of our puppies as show quality. They are far too young to make honest judgment. If that is what you want, we recommend that you buy a puppy that is a least 6 months old. If you are looking for show quality we recommend that you seek out show breeders with winning records. However, all of our puppies are sold with the hope that they are good representatives of their breed and that they have good temperaments, so that they may all make loving pets and bring pleasure to your lives.
